Under the umbrella theme of “Shelter” all Chas Everitt offices are committed to ongoing community action in terms of the Chas Cares corporate responsability programme. The Chas Everitt National Advory Council consistently monitors the progress and activities of the Chas Cares programme focussed on “Shelter” with all offices encouraged to take this term into acount when choosing deserving community projects.Ideal projects are children’s homes, places of safety and refuge and homes for the elderly, ill, at risk or deprived.
The website www.chascares.co.za serves to record much of the fine work and community involvement that our teams contributed to over the last four years with a total value of estimated at over R2 000 000 in value to date for the various projects and community support programmes. Without doubt the ChasCares programme has already exceeded our own expectations and is making the lives of many better.
A ChasCares Facebook Page has been created where news and events will be carried and we encourage our friends to become a fan to keep up with all the activity!
